Custom Products

Acme manufactures and supplies a number of products made to order. Call us for prompt quotes on custom-made foil-stamped covers such as turned-edge 3-ring binders and pocket binders for your deluxe presentations.

Foil Stamping

Our foil stamping department can accommodate jobs of any size, from a single unit to many thousands of items. Personal names, corporate logos, text copy, and graphic designs are imprinted onto ring binders, report covers, menu covers, book covers, etc. Acme can stamp multiple colors with close registration, overstamp on solid color panels, die cut, emboss and deboss. Hand type, Linotype, and Ludlow type are available in a wide variety of sizes and fonts. Acme can typeset your copy and eliminate the cost and delay of artwork and dies. When needed, magnesium, copper or brass dies can be made from camera-ready artwork supplied by the customer. These dies can be stored at Acme for future jobs. Records concerning foil color, special setups and stamping position of dies and type will remain on file to allow exact duplication of repeat orders. We also have a wide variety of stamping equipment ranging from hand-fed to high-speed automatically fed stamping machines. This range of equipment enables Acme to provide high-quality, efficient setup and fast turnaround time.

Binding Supplies

Acme stocks and can provide same or next day delivery for many of the products needed for promotional or in-house document production. We maintain an extensive inventory of top quality leatherette document covers in a variety of colors, sizes and weights. Other stocked items include a full complement of numbered and alphabetical index tabs, various sizes and colors of Velo binding strips and GBC combs, and multiple sizes and thickness of clear Mylar covers.
