Another Miracle

Paul, As usual, your team pulled off another miracle for us today... one day earlier than expected.

We needed a sample of a 10 x 14 sewn book for an important customer. It has to be delivered for approval by next Tuesday morning or else!!!

Your team came through. Please pass my thanks on to everyone there.

I know, believe me, that we have the craziest and most demanding schedules. I hope your team knows just how much we appreciate, and depend on, them all. We couldn't do high-end book work without them.

- Images & Text formatted no larger than 6" x 9"
- Files must be PDF format
- Color should be CMYK and at least 600 dpi
- Grayscale should be 600 dpi
- Black text or line drawing should be 600 dpi
- All fonts & images should be embedded, colors converted to CMYK
- For PDFs, select: "PDF/X-1a[2001]" with crop marks
