I have the latest proof on my desk. It is a thing of beauty. I cannot thank you enough. Tommy and Laura saw it yesterday afternoon and they are so thrilled. Steve and I are proud to be able to make a lasting gift like this to our temple, but we couldn't do it without you. I know how much satisfaction you derive from not only doing well but doing good in your work, and you should count this among your many achievements. Many thanks.

Grace under Pressure

Just a quick note to thank you and all your staff for all the support (and composure) you have given us over the last couple of weeks putting our book together. I never dreamed that such a project would get so complicated so fast.

But you have all been true professionals (aka grace under pressure).

I will be out of town for the next couple of days but I'm leaving with a little more piece of mind.
