Loved the Book

I heard from the director of The Franklin Square House Foundation, that his board members loved the book, The House that Love Built. "They were beside themselves." Coming from Bob, this is a great compliment. He is pleased because I think this project started at least 4 years ago.

Thank you all for working with us on this project. It was a real team effort to piece it together and get it completed.

He was very touched that we had gone to the trouble of re-creating his lost book, and he was very impressed by the quality of the book – color, binding, an almost identical match! We really appreciate all of your help with our special project!

Dear Diana,

I would like to extend my thanks to you for all your help with binding my thesis books at such short notice!! You were extremely kind, efficient and went above and beyond (came in to work at 7:30am!!!) to bind my thesis books yesterday in time for my afternoon submission deadline. At such a stressful time in one's life, this kind of treatment is invaluable and it is not easy to come by everywhere!! From my phone call with you on Friday through to when I brought you my file early yesterday morning (you were so thorough and quickly picked up on an error that I was able to correct before it was sent up for printing), all the way to the last moment when you had the book ready for pick-up by 3pm, I was so impressed with your professionalism, work ethic, empathy and kindness!!!!!

I think you are an asset to ACME Bookbinding and I will certainly spread the good word to my colleagues at Harvard!
