Online Forms Submission is now available for Preservation Facsimile Orders.   We highly recommend that you take advantage of this new service.  All instructions plus binding title now can be submitted via the internet so that the information goes computer to computer.  We have utilities that let you save your boilerplate instructions, your special instructions and your title information---from one book to the next.  We also build running Lot - Item numbers and provide a list of titles sent for reformatting.  Please contact info@acmebook.com with your account number and we will reply with instructions to get access to this web service and a password for security.
